"ビエンチャン市街地から少し空港寄りに位置してますが、空港からホテルは無料送迎があります。また市街地は何とか歩ける範囲。LOCA等のタクシーサービスも安くて便利。 なお、朝食付きですが、それほど美味しいわけではないが、必要十分です。 ホテルスタッフは守衛さん含め、皆とても親切です。 部屋は割と広くて、洗面とシャワーブースも分かれていて、ゆったりしてます。 ホテル自体は古さを感じますが、とくに問題ありません。 寺院が隣接してるので、朝方が少し騒がしい？？のが少し難点かな。"

"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."

"The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Thanks for being a part of our vacation!"
