"Having stayed quite a few nights here, I can say that it is a very pleasant hotel. The staff are genuinely helpful and nice to interact with. Ngung provides a relaxed and caring presence at breakfast along with her colleagues. I enjoyed the food and sitting at the window watching the scenes below. My room was cleaned daily by the very kind 3 member team. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"This apartment exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed in several hotels around here, and this place was definitely cleaner and more spacious for the price. The apartment felt new, with good amenities like an elevator, washing machine, and kitchen. I asked the reception about drying clothes and they kindly let me use the dryer for free. No pressure to buy tours or taxis, which was refreshing."

"Express checkin. Great service of the staff. I love the location. The apartment facilities are of high quality."

"very clean rooms. staffs are proactive and friendly."

"Big room with full funiture, friendly and helpful staff. "

"Our 4th stay at Myrcella and likely going to be the only hotel we choose for trips to Hanoi. The studio is extremely clean, and simple but modern decor. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and an easy 15 minute taxi ride down to the Old. quarter."

"Great for money, friendly staff and factily was good!"

"The cleanliness of the room was poor. I wouldn’t sleep under the blankets. Stains and some hairs. Don’t look under the bed - gross. The bathroom had a toilet seat which was broken and a stained bathtub. The area is not pleasant to walk in. Sidewalks are broken. I would not stay there again. "
