"The entrance to the hotel is not very easily found. There is a part time desk person that is helpful when they are there. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. The location is on a very busy side street that doesn’t make it easy to get on and out. All in all, I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The Palazzo is in a perfect location to walk to the square for shopping and dining. A quick walk to the beautiful sea view and elevator to the marina with the gorgeous beach clubs. "Fantastic location, peaceful and tranquil yet right in the heart of the old town. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, particularly one gentleman whose name we have forgotten sorry! "Amazing stay!! Highly recommend! My family came with us and occupied all 7 rooms. There was a bathroom in each and several half baths - perfect for a large group. Domiano was amazing! So helpful from the beginning! He speaks wonderful English and has a bunch of recommendations and help if you need anything. The pool was not heated, that was our only complaint:p the outside is beautiful with a patio area with lots of chairs and tables. It also has two upper balconies. It can get quite windy...
