"The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. This lovely lady works extremely hard and did an amazing job in making us feel welcome. Grazie! "

"The flat was very clean, well appointed and quiet yet centrally located near old town, the train station & the ferries. Luigi was so helpful with the logistics of our stay which made everything easy and stess free. I would highly recommend this place for those who desire an Air B&B type place for a reasonable price and the grocery store is right across the street. However, it is not suitable to those who cannot handle 70 stairs to the third floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This is an excellent place to stay in Sorrento. The location is perfect in the Palazzo Tesso where you can easily go to all the restaurants, shops, and Port to catch a ferry to Capri easily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and fresh set up in a beautiful room every morning. I highly recommend this place. "

"Our deluxe room was beautiful and we had a little balcony that looked out onto the Main Street. The location was perfect; so many restaurants in the area and so close to Piazza Tasso. Melania was amazing; so helpful with recommendations for food and arranging our transportation. We will be back for sure. "Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. He also became a true friend and emotional support system (lol) as I had some travel delays upon arrival. He made the stay so worth while!
