We booked the wrong room for our needs but they were very accommodating in upgrading and did not charge a fortune. It’s a family hotel so may not be suitable for everyone and I’m not sure if there’s a lift. Italian breakfast or just coffee available for extra charge, no kettles in the rooms though.
