"Property was great. Area is not the best but the hotel itself is nice and felt safe. No food walking distance away. If you are wanting to explore in Madrid, the hotel is a good 20-25 min drive. About 10 min drive from airport. Staff was nice and let us keep our bags there after checking out. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again if needing a place by airport. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to go downtown Madrid. "

"We had a late check in and only stayed for the night but this place was so cute. They offered airport shuttle services which is what we wanted. The hotel is in what looks like a newly developed up and coming neighborhood. Our room was pretty large with a nice bathroom that had a rainfall shower head. Everything was clean and neat. The lady that received us was extremely friendly, gave us great advise for dinner (was awesome - La Torino), and scheduled a taxi for pick up the next morning.
