"Esculent location for the price, wish it was a bit closer to downtown, the train is close a short walk, it’s not is a very good barrio. Wish they had more coffee and room service, we needed a blanket and couldn’t get one. Communication a bit slow. For the most part this apartment is good for the size and price."

"Just one dinning option 3 blocks away that was very good. AC was not working but we opened window and the breeze was nice. Good view to the nearby field on the rail trucks. Room was a bit worn out but ok for our needs. It is nearby train station but train had delays due to repairs so took for us longer to reach Madrid centre."

"We have an excellent stay at Bob W Arte.
The facilities provided were spotless, the staff courteous and attentive when required.
It’s located within 5 mins walk of a super market, across the road from a food market, and within 10 mins walk of 3 Metro Stops.
There’s a good coffee shop just next door and a couple of decent places to eat close by. It’s provided us with a good snap shot of Madrid living. Getting around Madrid was easy too. "
