"La navette aéroport est pratique mais dommage qu’elle s'arrête à 12h15... Bon petit déjeuner style buffet. L'accès à l'espace oxygène avec la piscine, les toboggans etc est sympa, surtout avec des enfants. Il y a un restaurant mais le service était un peu lent."

"We came from Dallas to Paris and stayed in Ibis at CDG airport for one night to catch another plane to continue our travel. It was about noon when we got into the hotel lobby and realized that there was already a long line for check in. To be short: I had to stay in line for 45 minutes to be able to check in. There was no option to sit down and be called up to help the customers out. I was standing there with other tired travelers from all walks of life, some were older, some came from...

"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."

"This is the best airport hotel experience! Easy to get to from gate. Staff super helpful. Property fun, clean, comfortable. Bed ready early (12n) so got a quick shower (strong and lovely) before heading out. Breakfast buffet well worth it, if you want a full breakfast or have a hearty appetite. Easy to get into Paris for a quick visit. Bed so comfy. Will be my stop was every visit."

"The hotel is located near the parking lot between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 of CDVVAL station. It's about a 5-minute walk, but there are stairs. A welcome drink was provided. I booked a room with two single beds, but they only had a room with one king-size bed. While this is acceptable, I question the hotel's service. The room felt spacious with large windows and high ceilings. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box. Drinking water can be obtained in front of the reception desk."

"The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by."

"This is the first hotel that we had without Air Conditioning therefore it was very inconfortable during this hot season. We were provided with a small ventilator totally inadéquat for the room size. The befs were limited in terms of confort. The staff was very friendly."

"Whilst the check in was smooth, the staff were great and it was very efficient, when I entered the room it was quite dirty. I also left the next day with me and daughter having being bitten by bed bugs. So not the best experience overnight."
