"Lovely property, the room was huge! Breakfast was pretty good. The outside bar and breakfast area was so pretty and was very close to the beach. If we had known how nice it was we would have booked an extra night."

"5* would recommend"

"The hotel is perfectly located on the beach with its own private beach area including sun loungers and umbrellas. We could leave our rental car in the underground garage; whenever we wanted to go somewhere, the staff would bring the car out for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern, it was clean and we had a balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. We occasionally ordered pizza from the lunch menu—which was tasty—and the cocktails,...

"In over ten years of booking through Expedia, this is hands-down my worst experience. Kerculla Resort should be removed from the platform immediately. When we arrived, the property was an active, half-finished construction site with not a single staff member on the premises. Completely stranded, we could not even stay on the property and had to drive an hour away to Sarandë to secure last-minute accommodations for the night. "Wondeful, amazing apartment, absolutely brend new and clean. Recommend to everybody."

"Perfect place to make it base for 3 to 4 days holiday as 4 to 5 beaches are close to this vila. All fancy restaurant close to this place. Its good place to live."

"Jätte trevliga ägare, Rummet varit rent och fint. "

"Great location and very responsive on what’s app for anything we needed. Thank you."

"I’d especially like to highlight the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They were very welcoming, generous, and made the experience feel personal. Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay here."

"Great location as it’s super accessible to the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Parking is a few blocks away so once you check in (double park for check-in), you can drop off your luggage and you’ll get directed to the spot. Very clean modern rooms, exceeds my expectation!"

"It was amazing, the agent was really accommodating and he was eager to answer any questions we had. We checked in very late because of a delayed flight but he was waiting patiently for us till we got to the apartment."

"We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. The hotel has parking available for guests, but I would contact the hotel about availability. I believe there are more rooms than parking spots. During the...
