"We had an amazing stay! From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond — helping me arrange a surprise room decoration and a birthday cake for my girlfriend before we even arrived. Everything turned out perfect and truly made her day so special. A special shoutout to Pano — omg, love love love him! He was absolutely the BEST. He made sure we had everything we needed, guided us to where we needed to go, and treated us with so much kindness. His hospitality really made our trip unforgettable.
