"Amazing stay! Room had a lovely view of the caldera and was very nicely maintained. The staff and owners are so attentive and great conversationalists. They helped arrange transportation for us, and directed us to some of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip. Located conveniently close to the Fira-Oia walk, which was super worth the hike. We wish we could’ve been here for longer! "

"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! "Excellent view of caldera and in the middle of Fira and Imerovigli so you have many food options nearby. Also, they have a large parking spot nearby where there are taxis waiting and you can get picked up for activities like catamaran cruises there. Breakfast is delivered to your room (even up flights of stairs) and it is nice to have it overlooking the caldera. Would recommend for your next Santorini trip."

"About 15 minutes from the airport we arrive at Desiterra resort, located on the east side of the island, a tranquil beautiful spot directly overlooking the sea. Stunning views of other islands of Anafi and Amorgos. The dawn sunrise is simply breathtaking my advice is get up witness it even if you have to go back to bed. The resort is a 5 minute walk along the beach to a lovely little cafe restaurant by the local harbour again amazing for sunrise. If you are a runner the roads are reasonably safe this time of year. Get that dawn run done. The resort is isolated but for us that was perfect the resort runs a shuttle bus dependent on your activities and budget it's this or a hire car. The resort will organise the hire for you but you can get better deals. We hired a car and have litterly been everywhere. We stayed in The blue monkey, (wall painting from ancient akrotiri) traditional vaulted ceiling villa tiled throughout. Air-conditioning hot and cold, walk in shower with rain shower and hand shower. The bed is situated on a mezzanine overlooking the lounge kitchen area. The kitchen is well appointed kettle coffee machine (illy iperespresso) odd pods. You can buy locally but room service give you two daily. The cleaners are meticulous in their attention to detail. Staff are fantastic Sandesh thankyou. 5 star all of the staff"
