"The triple spa room and bathroom were spotless and the amenities adequate with the toaster and kettle being brand new. Mind you, the one pack of two biscuits for a room that slept 3 was less than adequate. Furnishings were sparse but met our needs. Additional pillows were requested and supplied immediately (thank you). Parking could be an issue - but there are a few additional carparks around the back of the premises. Our only complaints are that there is a light outside Room 12 and with glass in the door - it makes the room bright at night - we had to hang towels over the glass after the first night, Secondly, I would suggest that the girl on the reception counter in the morning needs to be trained in customer relations - as her attitude when a security issue with access cards was raised was less than average. Location excellent - walking distance to numerous restaurants. "
