Negatives were 1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues."

However, I’m not giving a five star reading because the comfort of the bed and furniture is a thumbs down. The bed was super hard. The sheets were not soft. "Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."

"The place is just okay, but for the price you pay, it gets disappointing: 1. The room does not match their photo on the website, and it's way off. Double-check user-uploaded photos. There is ocean view in the room for sure. 2. Many corners in the room are obviously overlooked by the cleaning staff, and there's thick dust on surfaces like the top of the mirrors, etc. The hair dryer was all clogged with dust? But the front desk staff was helpful and replaced it with a new one after I brought this...

My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out.
