"Accommodating staff. Remodeled rooms are great. Bathroom door needs a little work so people can't see inside the shower from the room. Great beach! Wonderful restaurant. "
"This was a serviceable place, but getting nickel-and-dimed with fees was really annoying (the $40 "reservation" fee was especially obnoxious). I was surprised that the concierges couldn't make a recommendation for a spa to get a massage. I don't know why others are raving about this place; it's pretty ordinary.
I didn't use their shuttle, but they do have one for getting around the coast. That could be very welcome to some people, but I don't know how common that is for area hotels.
Bottom line: I wouldn't stay here again."
"A great place to stay if you want easy, direct access to the beach right from your room. There’s plenty to do, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The nearby dining options are excellent, and we even received some nice discounts during our stay. Looking forward to coming back!"
"They are very limited on any amenities at the pool, the snack bar was only open part of the time. Restaurant has limited menu. 25/day to rent a chair to sit on beach, not worth it as you will only last about 2 hours in the sun."
"Loved everything about our stay at the Wailea Beach Resort. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, yoga class by the ocean, bike rentals, plenty of pools to choose from (including quiet adult pool and family-friendly one with water slides), delicious drinks and buffet breakfast. Great location in Wailea and just a few steps to the shopping center and other Wailea hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend."
"This property was fabulous. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone. Beautiful grounds. On site restaurant was great. Customer service was fabulous"
