"Very clean rooms and facility with friendly staff. Our AC ended up going out midway through our stay and they had it fixed in only ten minutes. Come to find out, they also provided a ton of help to the victims of the recent flooding. I'll most certainly be using this hotel again when I make it back to the island."

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff."

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."

"This hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the beach and the view from the ocean front room is fantastic. Chairs and towels are readily available to bring to the beach, which is included in the resort fee. Staff is helpful and polite. However, this is not a luxury property. The rooms are pretty basic with limited storage so pack light. There is only a buffet restaurant, for dinner which is very limited and the beach cafe which is outside dining. The beach cafe is a...

"I enjoyed my stay at Airport Honolulu. I love the fact that they provide transportation to and from the airport. The room was clean and spacious with a microwave, hot pot, and fridge. There is a restaurant with friendly staff and a gift shop all located in the hotel."
