"Unbeknownst to me my room was aligned with the valet parking spaces and main entrance to the hotel. Through out the night until they filled those spots all I heard was the car alarms for opening and closing and sitting the alarm’s for these vehicles. Then it started back up as early as 6 am beeping alarms to opening of these cars doors. I don’t believe that this was a first time that the hotel has been made aware of this and it’s not an ideal room to have your balcony literally on the main...

"The resort is self is old, but the location is awesome and most of the people that work. There are very friendly except for one gentleman who is extremely rude. They really need to have their rooms a little bit cleaner."

"Our 4 day / 3 night anniversary stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On our very first morning, we woke up to a flooded hotel room. Our clothes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked. Instead of immediately helping resolve the issue, the staff gave us a hard time when we requested assistance getting our clothes and luggage dried. We were promised a new room right away, yet it took nearly 8 hours before we were finally moved....

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The room itself is old, dirty, not well kept, not looked after, and people are NOT CLEANING!!! There was a dirty sock in the drawers, a lizard running around, and MULTIPLE cockroaches. There were stains on the pull out bed, along with trash and crumbs underneath it— clearly nobody is cleaning the rooms thoroughly. When we called the front desk, they were completely dismissive and acted like it was “unusual.” I wish we had taken pictures, but let this review be your sign not...

"Stick with the resort food, the restaurants (dukes and cafe portifino are not great, especially at their prices) but the sushi on site and the bar restaurant are very good. The pool is beautiful, great beach access, luau was fun. Check out gaylords rum tour, best part of the trip!"

Renovated bathroom with oversized tub but challenging entry/exit which could be resolved with handle assist. Great parking and awesome pool with waterfall. "
