Staff was very nice and friendly, got into the room and immediately saw at least 20 roaches scatter, top of the bed, walls, bathroom. All covered in roaches, front staff was very apologetic and immediately gave refund.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
