"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"After a long journey we found the parking a little hidden. The house is up a slope. The house is small and comfortable as one would expect. The breakfast was super and I wish we had been able to take more advantage of it. We had a medical emergency and Dawn, the landlady ,was so helpful and kept the room vacant in case we needed to stop an extra day. The location was perfect for walking to the main attractions and driving to more distant parts. I would go back again when the trauma has been...

"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"A beautiful property located in a peaceful area with a complimentary breakfast. I stopped during the recent heatwave and was pleased I had packed my mini travel fan as my room had the sun in the afternoon, usually this would have been a treat, just not on this occasion. My room was on the ground floor and initially I thought, that’s no problem… except the windows face the garden and communal outside seating, so make sure you close the curtains to spare any blushes..
