"This well appointed suite was the perfect home station for our week in Boston. Staff was knowledgeable about public transportation and nearby services. A lovely walk along the Charles River runs right behind the hotel."

"When I arrived the code to my room didn’t work. It took 45 minutes for me to gain access to my room. Other guests I met in two other rooms had the same problem. The room is clean and small as pictured. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are thin and hard. There is nowhere to sit other than on the bed or the windowsill of the bay window. "The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors.
Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available."
