"The TV wasn't working properly. There was a note to say it was buffering with Foxtel, and they knew about the problem. But the TV was so bad we couldn't watch it most nights. We were there for a week that that was disappointing. View was fantastic."

"Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value."

The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. "Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! "
