Khách sạn Làng Warkton

"Staff was pleasant on the face but didn’t provide any service. Asked for extra blanket as the temperature in the room was low, first night we were told that there’s no extra blanket available. Second night the person on reception said ok, we will send it later but didn’t. Also the phone was not working from the room to the reception but reception could call us. We had to go downstairs for asking what we need."

"The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the young lady serving us in the restaurant was a star. Super attentive to everyone and nothing was a problem. The building has a fascinating history, lovely place for a stroll around and also a lovely courtyard."

"Breakfast options good Corridor quite noisy"

"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Beautiful setting and very welcoming by Sam. Great breakfast and comfortable beds."

"Bed base dirty And was just to single bed pushed together"

"Used this as a base for an activity we were doing close by. Was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice to use the restaurant on site. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms need some TLC. The Shower would br no good if you were taller or larger in build"

"Friday night sing along right below room. Cleaner not present all the time. Bathroom was across the hall and was cleaned once. Windows were single pane and one lock broken Breakfast was Friday to Sunday only and expensive for what you got."

"+Clean room. Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Nice staff. Helpful. -Poor breakfast. No scrambled eggs. Profile shows they have luggage storage but once I have booked, I received message they haven’t one."

"Property was very well kept and the rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Staff were wonderful on check in and when we used the bar. Easy to park and access rooms, good selection of drinks at the bar and overall a great family run hotel."

"We were travelling with a dog so stayed in a dog-friendly room. Sadly, it smelled badly of wet dog and there was a dirty patch of floor and skirting board in the bathroom which looked like mud at best, or dog mess, at worst. Although we are dog owners, we do like a room that smells nice and that’s cleaned properly."

"There was no noise"

"Absolutely superb staff extremely helpful and accommodating, i am deaf and although the hotel does not have a Deafguard the evening shift manager confirmed the night staff would be aware of my additional needs requirement. The hotel is let down by the main owners OYO group who do not seem to invest in their hotels as with many of their group they are in need of a freshen up."
