"This is my second time staying here this year and the experience was still top tier. I was able to also use the gym the second time around and it had great facilities. My room was comfortable and smelled great and the bathroom was also spacious with wonderful amenities. a wonderful experience all around and my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting Birmingham."

"Great hotel and close to the airport for an overnight stay before our holiday. Works were ongoing at the hotel but that didn’t impact our stay. Got upgraded on arrival and got our parking for free due to this."

"clean room and comfortablebed, bathroom shower not so well maintained as there was a lot of mould and the drain cover was misplaced. Restaurant was pleasant and dinner was ok. The location was very convenient for the Milenium point."
