"Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options. "

"Front desk staff seemed annoyed that we made them have to put their phones down and do their job. We arrived early and knew that our room wouldn’t be ready, but wanted to do that paperwork and that done, young man at the desk said ok, you’re good. When we came later that night, we had to do all check in procedures that he said were done. He didn’t seem to know his job. Our room temp was set to 85 when got there and took an hour to cool it down to comfortable level. The room was worn and not very clean looking. It is the first and last time we’ll be staying a Hyatt property."
