"The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. "

"The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!"

"This is not just a room, it is a condo. There needs to be more attention to maintenance. When staff was available they were very nice."

"Pleasant accommodation, decor slightly aged, but clean and working. Short walk to incline beach. Only downside despite asking we were not given the code to the swimming pool and spa area, nor given a parking permit that is required. thankfully another guest provided entry to the pool."
