"Breakfast was Luke warm on both days. Too much made at once. Fried eggs were fried hard on the bottom but uncooked whites on the top. The bedroom was 25 degrees at all times regardless if the “air con” being on constantly. Windows don’t open so it was very uncomfortable. No fridge in the room so couldn’t keep any drinks cold. "A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again."

It may be a London thing, but there are no hand towels, only giant bath towels - which I thought was weird.
