"Our floor had an elevator but the wings on hotels do not. We had to carry our luggage down stairs after getting off elevator. Beware that an elevator doe not make it accessible for all rooms"

"Stayed two nights there. The room was clean, well maintained. Hotel was quiet, friendly helpful staff. The gnats were out in force so the screen door and deck were not an option, but that’s not the hotels fault just be aware of the season you book. Right on the shore of the lake so the view was great. "Room was okay, comfortable beds and beautiful view. Breakfast was ridiculous! Tiny room and not well supplied. The worst was that the advertised hot tub was closed (for maintenance) and I had to chosen this place with a hot tub as high priority"

"I thought this was a unique hotel because, (at least the suite I had) had a huge amount of space and a jetted tub overlooking the lake. The view is spectacular and if you don’t mind cold water the lake is right there to wade in. Breakfast was alright definitely about what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall staff was friendly and courteous and very easy to navigate the area."

"The hotel is dated and could use some renovations. It is located right on the shore and offers direct access to the beach. There is also a fire pit on the patio. These features helped compensate for the hotel’s somewhat worn condition."

"Our room was clean albeit a bit worn. The hotel shows a lot of wear: worn carpeting, musty odors; broken hot tub in a very worn pool area. The breakfast was good if you could get in. The breakfast room was way too small for the number of guests staying there. There were lines waiting to get into the room so we went out for breakfast on two mornings."

"The room was clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows sucked. they flaten out and could not get comfortable on the neck. Breakfast was good had every thing for people on restricted diets."

"I rented an Accessible Room, I am a Bilateral AKA traveler. There was a shower but the hand held shower head I could not reach if I could have used the bathroom! No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising. I could not use there breakfast amenities due to no room for someone in a wheelchair or for that matter a walker would not get through their facilities! If...

"We were so happy with our recent stay at the Stonecliffe. The property is gorgeous and the room was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and all the fun lawn games. Our kids especially enjoyed the nightly candy cart and smores! Having those activities for the kids made our trip that much better. We hope to come back soon!"
