"The room was okay except the containers of body wash and shampoo were empty and never refilled and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. They failed to replenish the wash cloths for our second day. The room key would not work and we had to go to the front desk three times and then figure it out ourselves because there was nobody from maintenance to help us and the young lady said that she had this problem every weekend because there were no maintenance crew on site. "The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!"
