"Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in.

The hotel itself is smart, and clean with a great atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and whilst we have only had breakfast - it was very good."

"The room was clean, and of a good size. Breakfast is good, however this time I did not avail of the breakfast as we don't really have large breakfasts. Location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as walking to the London Eye, and Westminster. Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's a busy tourist area on and around the bridge just be careful with your family and belongings. Nothing happened to me but I can image it easily could, and others were targeted by pick pockets in front...

"The hotel was excellent overall. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Perhaps it does need a slight upgrade to a more modern look? However, that doesn't detract from the great stay that is possible here. The food was very good indeed and quite reasonable. The location was just superb, it was close to almost everything you need to go to and if not the Subways or the buses are all handy."

"The Mandeville Hotel is at great location in the Marylebone neighborhood. Whimsical furnishings and decor and very welcoming. Easy walk to the Wallace Collection, Hyde Park, tube stations. Staff was professional and very attentive. Our room faced the street and was noisy at night unfortunately. Also, mattress was not that great; probably could use some updating. We ate at the Reform restaurant in the hotel for late lunch one day, which was excellent. Would stay here again, if could be...

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...
