"The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. "The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. "The hotel itself is small and so the rooms are pretty small as well. Especially the bathroom in the room. The sink was located outside of the bathroom due to its small size. There was a terrible smell in our room. It smelled really musty in comparison to the hallway and lobby. We tried febreze and Lysol, but it was no match for the stench. We also had to ask for extra pillow and linen although the room itself featured a pull out couch. But no extra linen in the room to utilize the pull out bed....
