"From the outside it looks more like an office building than a hotel. The room was huge. What was weird is the TV was mounted on the wall on one side of the bed. "The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. "Easy check in, Clean room, breakfast was good Cozy bed and amazing pillows. The only complaint would be the water pressure was like zero. I had to stand under the flow of the shower to take one. Everything else was amazing! Super easu access to downtown. We stayed for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. Good parking. You have access to a bus right across the parking lo that will take you downtown. Really nice place!"
