"Belle emplacement pour séjourner!! Malheureusement un des deux ascenseurs fonctionnait pas et ça nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps pour y accéder!! Malgré la limite du nombre de personnes,les gens se serraient et ça pouvait occasionner un blocage d’ascenseur ou entraîner des crises d engoisse pour les utilisateurs!! L’espace lunch et petit pour l’ensemble des occupants de l hôtel!! Sinon le personnel etait serviable et dans l’ensemble c’était propre.."

"Location was great, 24 hour restaurant was a nice perk, and staff was friendly, but overall the hotel felt dirty and out dated. Also the walls are quite thin and the sound of slamming doors, and the sounds of various plumbing (such as squeaky faucets turning on and off, flushing toilets, rattling pipes, etc.) from surrounding rooms was constant. The building noise made for a quite restless night."

"We were very happy to get into our room, even though we arrived early. We expected to drop our bags with the desk and sightsee until later that afternoon. The room was updated and clean. The location was fantastic. We did know where it was, theoretically, by looking at the map. However, we just didn't realize, until we got there, just how perfect the location was. So close to Hudson Yards and the Highline, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and the Chelsea Piers, where we took a dinner cruise....

"Gutes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und einem kleinen Shop im Empfangsbereich. Zugang zur U-Bahn direkt nebenan und Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in direkter Umgebung. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!"

"There is a lot of construction happening around and to this hotel right now. That being said, the staff was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to any problems or questions that happened during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The location was my favorite part. We would stay here again based on location, staff and comfort."

"Tres bon emplacement ! Le personnel est adorable. La chambre simple et pratique surtout avec la cuisine très pratique surtout à NY et le balcon le petit plus ! Il manque juste un coffre fort dans la chambre utile pour éviter de sortir avec tout. Les services comme l eau avec bouteille en libre service, la machine à café dans le hall et la laverie sont extrêmement utiles. Je recommande +++"
