"I like the overall setup. I like the room size, this was my husband and I second time staying here. I like the location and proximity to almost everything. I did not like that my reservation was cancelled and when I got to the hotel I had to resubmit my reservation. It took about 45 mins and I was not offered an upgrade or any compensation, however, people being checked in at the same time as me were automatically being offered upgrades at no additional cost. I do not like I was not informed...

"The room was ok however our shower created a pond every time we showered. We advised the cleaning staff but they said they couldn’t do anything. It was a very dark room with no natural light and the lights were so low. The only great thing was we could check in way earlier."

"We booked last minute due to another property being unsuitable and were really glad we chose The Renwick. Warm welcome from front desk staff on arrival who were helpful in securing us a king room in spite of limited availability. Room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hotel was in a great location close to Grand Central Station and Times Square and perfect for exploring the city. Only small complaint was cleanliness - attention to detail in the bathroom (the back of the...

"we stayed here for a night. rooms are to small. they have to recommend bigger rooms with children. otherwise its was nice"

"I had a great stay at La Quinta. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Close to time square."

"Historic property. Great location. Well run. Room was a bit small but everything worked well."

"Great location to the train station. Room was simple wish there were places to put bathroom items on. Room was stuffy and air would run for about 17 seconds then turn off. Not like typical AC. I didn’t like having to pay to store luggage. Tick tock restaurant attached was not great."

"Great stay! Amazing location with wonderful staff and very clean"

"Great Service thank you so much"

"Only stayed 1 night but staff was amazing, professional and helpful. Bed was comfortable room was spotless. Pillows were a little big but still slept like a rock. Shower had fine water pressure. Ac was cold and programable which is great for those of us who like to sleep in a meat locker. A very pleasant experience."

"I had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again."
