"Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!"

"Listen is this the nicest hotel in Cleveland? No. Is it the worst? Also no. Bed was ridiculously comfortable, front desk was helpful. Things are worn but for the price what do you expect. It’s up on a lil hill with a gas station and a winking lizard bar and grill walking distance away. I will stay here again"

"This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location.
