"Room was very dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Had to switch rooms due to bugs and cockroaches. Neither room had a window that shut. Maintenance did come to sort window out in second room but screwed it shut so then no option to open. Water dispenser also did not work. No hand wash in bathroom. Coffee machine in room also did not work.
Generally quite poor, would not stay again"
