"The location, description, and fee did not match. Upon arrival, I felt like I was going into a motel. There was people hanging around the “hotel” and I arrived around 6pm. These folks were not clean in appearance. I chucked it up as it wasn’t directly onto the property. Check in was smooth but as I made my way to my room the “hotel” of an aroma of a dirty baby and overflowing trash. Trash was left out and housekeeping wasn’t on top of things. I unfortunately didn’t have the funds in flexibility...

"No HOT water at all. No shower available but luckily it was a very short stay. Booked through a third party so they said they couldn’t do anything for us beside some added reward points. The hotel was under construction but the room was spacious, clean and AC worked great. The breakfast is included but barely edible. The staff for the most part was nice with 1 exception… the front desk woman at check in definitely didn’t want to be there but the construction was so noisy you couldn’t really...

"This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink."

"What a disappointment booked 2 rooms- I would have left the property but had elderly parents and we traveled all day and were exhausted. Rooms smelled musty and cigarette. Hole in sheet, blood on comforter, hair in bathroom. Parents sink wouldn’t drain- had to take cold showers water would not regulate- oh my heard traffic the whole time we were there along with noisy hallways-such a disappointment cause it was ideal to who we were visiting. Desk person was a bit grumpy"

"Overall, this was a good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay, but I did experience a few issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. Second, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and later realized that housekeeping would not return unless I specifically requested room service. I didn't...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am."

"Beautiful historic hotel. We had a great comfortable room. The staff we met Sarah and Glen were professional, very helpful and sweet people. The breakfast was very good. No hot eggs, or pancakes etc but it was everything else. Great Great endless coffee. A newspaper to read and it was quiet and very comfortable. I will come back .The restaurant looked fabulous. next time I will try dinner there."
