"Check in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay. I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow. "Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. "
