"Lovely lovely old hotel/pub in a charming village. Dear Lord it was so hot when we were there but we hada turbo fan provided. Parking is slightly limited but we always nabbed a space. Everything was clean and the restaurant was great. The best place for miles."
"There was a mix up with the booking so my ages and disabled father was unable to stay in an accessible room. The guy on reception was very helpful and we managed to stay in an alternative room that was adequate.
Unfortunately, my room was directly above the gym, which opens at 6am and loud music woke me up. Generally, the hotel seems more geared up to gym and swimming pool users than guests.

"We went to Europe for 4 weeks and stayed at at least 8 places, this was the best room we had the entire time. So much space, you felt like you were in someone’s guest room it was so cozy and had a beautiful bathtub and shower. The grounds were lovely and so was the food. I’d go back just to stay here for a beautiful weekend. Highly recommend."

"This hotel is an easy bus ride from Heathrow. RailAir A1 from bay 12 level 0 Terminal 2 (and 5). It is also next to Winnersh Rail station. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
