"Nice enough! I was there for a speaking event which was great!! they hotel itself was jsut okay...it is listed as a luxury hotel but the rooms are jsut OK. the blankets and style of the rooms are a little old looking. the showers dont work very well. it feels very industrial which maybe is on purpose but jsut wasnt executed well in my opinion. the bar and entry rooM seem to have a cool fun LA vibe. the food at the restaurant was just OK. I ordered room service a few times and I didnt relaly...

"Wonderful hotel experience! The most relaxing place ever. We loved the space, the room, the pool, restaurant and late night spot. The staff really are the best part though, everyone is so nice and welcoming especially the bar/restaurant staff(John & Simone) and the bellhop team. Our only minor complaint was the shower - water pressure was not great, plus wish it was a walk in also. Other than that nothing but 5 stars - we can’t wait to go back."

"The pool closes at 5:30pm every day. Totally unacceptable for a $400 a night hotel with $75 valet. The decor is of questionable taste, in a very unsoothing and jarring pallette. Room was comfortable, but the mini bar was ridiculous. The jar of gummy bears was $22. I mean general rule of thumb is minibar is 3x retail.... The tiny jar held $3 worth of gummies so a 7x markup. The Andaz, sun rose, even the Ziggy are better choices. Also, there is no business center, so I had to have my online...
