"Our bedroom was updated and well built. Spacious shower and comfortable appointed room. Good bed.
The Rooftop bar, view, restaurant and pool are well worth it. Rooftop food is excellent. Try the Prawn salad.
Hotel car entrance and lobby are thoughtfully AWAY from Sunset Blvd and is accessed BEHIND it. A welcome difference and a huge benefit! Admittedly the hotel is not inexpensive but it was nice receiving real value for the price. Intriguing modern glass crystal sculpture in the lobby!...

"Great Hotel in a terrible location
We choose this location solely on it's proximity to Cedar Sinai Hospital. The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are AWESOME! One of the comfiest Beds I have ever experienced. BUT the location is a sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking. Charging $79 a day to park a car plus extra daily fees seems unreasonable"

"Prime location and the pool was fantastic. Great sun loungers with nice towels and clean restrooms by the pool. Very clean room, but it was extremely humid and carpet was damp in multiple spots. Elevators were down for most of my stay and you had to use the service elevator. Food from the restaurant was awful."

"Quite a unique experience here as I got locked in the bathroom my first day and the majority of staff response was disappointing. I didn’t think I’d get locked in there so was just in a tiny towel as a curvy 5’10 woman and the staff just kind of brushed it off. "The lobby was nice, the pet service was nice. However, my room was underwhelming, unclean in some parts, especially for a 5-star hotel. There were some stains on the carpet and on the actual sink of the hotel, there were literal drain flies coming out. The caulking also looked old around the shower. We stayed only for 1 night hence not complaining as it was the only 2-bed available left for that day (we got moved). Too bad this happened as it was a perfect location. "
