"The staff didn’t at all tell us at check in that there was no hot water as the boilers were being replaced and as of 10:30 at night there was still no hot water we called and spoke to staff several times who didn’t care at all let alone we were given a different room than we booked at check in as they didn’t have any of the rooms available that we booked. The breakfast wasn’t bad but the rooms are not very clean at all not to mention no soaps left or anything let alone major electrical problems...
