"My room was very comfortable and good value. My evening meal was excellent and the Chef kiondly agreed to cook, albeit 10 minutes after final orders. Breakfast was generic and not what I ordered."

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "
