"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...

"Close to the subway station walking distance to many popular places. Relatively safe neighborhood. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Will stay here again"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A good place to stay. Easily accessible to many amenities."

"Nice hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Simple furnishings..very basic but functional. Bed and pillows were quite hard, but ok. The TV service was good, but the TV in my room was not fully functional (pixelated and crackling). Everything else fine. I liked the little kitchen (although please leave a dish towel!!). These are more like a short term rental/efficiency than a hotel room. Daily makeup service is extra, so it seemed very expensive for what it was, although everything was very expensive...

"Very clean, friendly staff, and great location"

"Lovely clean Hotel, the Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this Hotel and will be happy to stay again in the future."

"Clean rooms with great amenities. Staff was amazing and location was everything that we hope it would be. Overall 10/10"

"The location of this hotel is perfect; situated in a pretty parkette away from the noisiness of traffic. Close to plenty eating places, pubs within minutes walk, King's Cross/St. Pancras. is about 9min walk away, Russell Square Tube is 10min, as is Euston Station Tube/Rail around 14min walk. Waitrose (supermarket) is less than 10min walk, there's also post office, laundry facilities, barbers, everything you need nearby. The room itself is also equipped nicely with kitchenette (if you chose that...

"Checked in on 5 November 2026 for a 2-night stay. Very friendly and professional front desk staff member gave me my key and stated my room was ready. The room was very clean and excellent lighting in the bathroom which in this hotel is an add-on to the bedroom which is separated by a wooden door. You also get a shaving mirror. The water pressure in the bathroom basin and shower is good. The TV has a good picture but not many channels and no smart apps. WiFi was a bit slow but acceptable and...
