"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Viv Hotel in Anaheim! The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay so much more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. very chic, modern, and spotless. Every area was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming.
We also absolutely loved the rooftop!! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy...

"The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with all the vanity kits and amenities you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
A nice bonus was the selection of wine and beer in the refrigerated section near the front desk, offered at very reasonable prices. I would stay here again on my next visit to the USC campus."
