"I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service."

"When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean."

"I was told I didn't book the deluxe package. Was given a room where the toilet didn't flush and sink was cracked. The bed were too short for the bed frame, there was one towel and three had towels for two people. Ordered the deluxe room for fridge that my wife needed for her insulin. Turns out I had reserved the deluxe room. Then tried to move us to the second floor without an elevator. Wife is a heart patient and I'm disabled. We decided to leave after 20 minutes and found a nicer hotel. Didn't...
