"Close to the Monon bicycle trail that we love to ride"

"This property was excellent across the board. They do have laundry facilities, but did not sell laundry soap. Come prepared if you think you will be needing to do laundry while staying there. This hotel is very close to Grand Park, but off a side street so the traffic wasn’t busy. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments"

"Multiple holiday Inn near airport, shuttle took me to a different one, had to take a uber to go to the right one. Room gave to me was under maintenance and had to change twice. Took the hotel for breakfast but there was no breakfast available as chef was sick."

There were so many things that went wrong and unlimited to so few characters that I can’t really say everything but some highlights were a very wonky elevator on the first day that was loud and you felt very unsafe riding on that the staff was aware of and the next day it was stuck between floors wide open! "A lot to like but due to the construction of the hotel itself it’s impossible for the HVAC to keep it cool. Location is good, restaurant is good for breakfast and dinner. Huge areas for common spaces but little seating for people to actually congregate."

Despite not having anything indicating it was a fully functional restroom, we were told there is no public restroom. I have the desk attendant meeting my info to verify my reservation. "We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very family friendly! Breakfast is very good! There are a lot of breakfast items to choose from! The gym is a plus, it’s 24 hours! It also has a sky bridge which is connected to the Convention Center and that is why we chose this hotel overall! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!"
