"The room was very nice as was the building. Breakfast was very good including the toppings for "make your own Belgian waffle", French toast sticks, hot cooked oatmeal. Definitely pet friendly but didn't know i was going to be charged at checkout $75 for my dog by the hotel separate from what I paid to Expedia for the room. "My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. "Close to DTW"

"My entire stay was Fantastic! The bed was soo comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The Staff was Awesome. Ms Toya and Lakitha were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Embassy Suites is my favorite Hotel Ever! Had such a Great Stay in Detroit. I will be back in a couple months. I will most definitely stay at Embassy Suites In Rommulus( Airport)"

"The staff was the most friendly I think I have ever encountered. I travel a lot and they welcomed me from the moment I called to get picked up until the moment I left. I was due back in a week and they knew it and made sure I was taken care of. Fantastic stay!!"

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"
