"When we arrived the room was 83 deg. at 9:30 PM. We switched rooms to one that was originally 77 degrees; manager very apologetic. Our room had a large, dead roach under the coffee table, and the toilet took over 10 minutes to fill between flushes. When we went down stairs for breakfast there was a roach on the couch in the lobby. "My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...
