"The central location in Fairfield is ideal. The only complaint was the internet and tv. Our unit was farthest from the main building and likely the router couldn’t generate a strong signal that far. The tv froze as did my iPad and phone when trying to stream. Get a room close to the main building it may help."

"Make sure you download the contactless info to get into the room before you get there. You have to call for the wifi, there's no service in that location. It's not ideal. There was construction outside all night long - very loud. And, you can hear everything in every room around...people were partying loudly all night long. Parking is an issue early because of the restaurant."

The room however had a musty smell. This was in Fairfield not the King Mansion.
Also upon arrival to room there were no towels.
I had to go to main desk to request.
Other than this it was a wonderful stay.

"I went for a short stay (2days) and was met with smiles upon arrival. They were able to accommodate me and my service animal and that was such a big help. The breakfast could be a lot better. My only concern with the room is that the sheets had holes in them. Other than that I would recommend this hotel and I most definitely would stay again."

"Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room.
