"I am absolutely amazed at this place!! Very clean, staff were ALL friendly and seemed happy, breakfast was fantastic, and their “kickback” which is free dinner. The BBQ pulled pork sliders were SO GOOD! Have not had food like that in a very long time. The only disappointing thing was the hot tub could have been hotter. And they were fully booked. There were herds of kids! lol. Some robotic conference in town brought all of them💁‍♀️. Right by the airport, shuttle service, good food, comfy beds!...

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"

"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks...

"Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening. "The room was very nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a little of everything however the pancake machine did not work. There were plenty of other options for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent and the whole experience was comparable to the Hampton inn and suites that I stayed in the previous night, for almost twice the price."

"Spacious room with clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub could be hotter but understand it could be a liability. Breakfast was as stated. Would like to see more whole wheat bread/English muffins and fresh fruit. It was nice to have fresh coffee at 6 am available for our departure. Would stay here again."

"My tv was a little too loud which was understandable but I’d recommend when staff comes to my room to not try to open the door or atleast call first. The bathroom fan didn’t work and woke up in the middle of the night to the vanity sink overflowing. Floor baseboard pieces were worn off and just tossed on the ground."

"I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice. "

"I always have an amazing stay whenever in town to visit family. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and bed comfortable. The bar restaurant food is convenient and tasty. Would have given 5 stars but breakfast and parking (a little pricey, i paid $43 total for an 2-night stay) are not complimentary."

"The property was just okay, as it was a little dated. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was kinda dirty, and the floor was sticky too. The TV service was broken for a few hours the first day, and on my last two days, one of the two elevators was broken, so it took quite a while to get up to the room."
