"Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend, thanks again."

"Nevada was back!! Otherwise, the usual comfortable stay in nice quiet surroundings and good choice of dining options. Dom was also very helpful when I checked in on the first night. Front of house is first impressions at any hotel and these staff are exceptional."

"Room was very clean, warm and tidy. Front desk staff were helpful. Evening meal was excellent, we had roast dinner. Only slight negatives ; pillows were lumpy and the bathroom tiling & bath seal could have done with slight attention. But they did not affect our stay."

"Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. "

"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. "Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...
