"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

"I was charged an extra fee by the hotel that was not on the Expedia bill. The hotel staff kept trying to explain to me that it was Expedia's fault. They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. "I have been here a handful of times, and most often everything is good. The room this time, needed some updating. The light on the fan was loose, the shower door was loose, and the chair at the work desk was loose. The staff has always been helpful and attentive. When checking in, the staff gave us a bag with water and some cookies, and informed us of a "social" that evening with free food. The room situtation at this last visit won't deter me from visiting again. It's an affordable and...
