"The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short."

Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Property was nice. Advised if i booked direct i would have got parking included. The fridge in the room was not working and no extra pillows were avaliable. Got a stiff neck and no cold storage for my wifes insulin which i had booked a executive room."
